Bhridge is a supplemental career intervention program. We "Bhridge" the gaps between education and employment. We work with students, educators, and employers to identify exciting career opportunities as well as train and retain a quality workforce.  Bhridge believes in a hands-on approach to mentorship and guidance. We get to know the Individual and create a personalized plan for every participant, ensuring they are ready for their first day on the job. We are committed to our partners, every step of the way.  Bhridge believes in the Individual and we want to pair young people with a career that will allow them to thrive while encouraging the growth of quality, high-paying jobs in the community.
