Hannah Krouse

Founder and CEO

Hannah has been an advocate for young people for 19 years. While on the board of the Youngstown Prison Forum,  she guided a panel of students to create a workshop for the community. The group worked to determine what resources people needed to succeed from a youth perspective.

Hannah taught English as a Second Language in South Korea, where she opened an ESL school and developed an interactive ESL curriculum.  After returning to Ohio, she become a successful regional sales representative, giving her the experience necessary to create a professional sales curriculum. Ms. Krouse worked in the field of technical and skilled trades education, where she developed employment partnerships and tuition reimbursement agreements, allowing her to place students in high paying, fulfilling careers.

She understands the industries she works with, their staffing needs, and the gaps in both soft and hard skills. Most recently Hannah worked in post secondary education, specializing in administration, admissions, education, career services and retention. She created policies and procedures for mentorship, retention, and soft skills, thereby leading to an 88% retention rate. Hannah's experience in social justice, education and the tech industry led her to develop proven methods for leading young people down a career path that they can be committed to,generating success and self esteem.
